2. Cataloged Designs and Production
Snago offers a pre-created catalog of designs printed on demand. This means that when an order is placed, your selected design is printed on the garment specifically for your order.
Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and sizes of our crew necks as accurately as possible. However, the exact color and alignment of the graphic may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.
Sizing Accuracy: Customers are advised to carefully review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing an order to ensure a proper fit.
3. Payment Terms
We offer secure payment options for your convenience:
Prepaid Orders: We accept secure payments via major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery. As per our policy, if you choose COD, you can refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery without paying any fees or penalties. However, excessive or repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the suspension of COD privileges for your account.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Fulfillment: Because our items are printed upon order, please allow standard time for processing and printing prior to shipment.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. While we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Snago pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
As stated in our dedicated policy:
1. We do not accept returns or process refunds for custom-printed catalog items, including sizing issues or change of mind.
2. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us at support@snago.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement evaluation.

You may choose to create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
