Thank you for shopping with Snago! All orders placed on our website are printed and fulfilled in partnership with Qikink. Please review the details below to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.


1. Processing and Fulfilment

Because your apparel features catalogued designs that are printed on demand, production and quality checks are handled by Qikink upon receiving your order.

Processing & Printing Time: 1 to 2 days.

Note: Processing times do not include standard Indian public holidays or Sundays.


2. Shipping and Delivery

Once Qikink fulfills and packs your order, it is handed over to their trusted and integrated courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DHL etc.

Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location within India.


3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free standard delivery across all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A standard COD handling fee of ₹40-₹50 is applicable at checkout. Please note that if the COD package is refused at the door, this handling fee is non-refundable.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once Qikink ships your order, you will receive an automated email/SMS with the tracking number and the courier partner's details. You will be able to track the package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.


5. Failed Delivery & Address Changes

Address Changes: You can request a shipping address or contact number change within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by Qikink and shipped, changes cannot be made.

Unclaimed/Returned COD Packages: If a customer refuses to accept a COD delivery, the package is returned to the facility. While you do not have to pay the order amount, repeated refusals may lead to the suspension of future COD privileges on snago.in.


6. Support and Inquiries

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or if you receive a damaged product from our fulfilment center, contact us at support@snago.in with your order number and photos of the package/product.
