Thank you for shopping at Snago. We want you to love your apparel and have a great experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the order. We also want you to have a hassle-free experience with our Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

Please review our policy below for details regarding different scenarios:

1. Returns and Exchanges (Prepaid & Delivered Orders) We are pleased to offer a 7-day return window. If you experience sizing issues, a change of mind, or buyer's remorse, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the apparel must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at support@snago.in within 7 days of receiving your order with your Order Number to initiate the return process. We are happy to provide free return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please email us at support@snago.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

Refusing Delivery: If you select the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method and decide you do not want the order upon delivery, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery agent. You will not have to pay anything, and you will not be charged any penalties.

Future Orders: Please note that if a customer repeatedly places COD orders and refuses to accept them upon delivery, we reserve the right to restrict or remove their ability to use COD for future purchases on snago.in.

3. Order Cancellations Because our production begins soon after you place an order, you can only cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

To cancel, please send an email to support@snago.in with your Order Number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
